I am extremely passionate about coaching organizations to drive exponential change. Together we will solve global issues. My career has taken me on amazing adventures through LEAN/Six Sigma, Systems/Process Re-engineering, Organizational Change Management, and much more - working in North America, Europe and Asia. I’ve worked in manufacturing in aerospace, automotive, military/navy, food and consumer goods, electronics and hardware/software vendors; I’ve worked with retail businesses and federal, provincial, and municipal governments. I have coached the c-suite of Fortune 500 companies during transformational initiatives to increase engagement, adoption and maximize the ROI of their transformation projects. I collaborate with the Open ExO community to help organizations become truly innovative and make this crucial mindset shift. This work is the culmination of my professional career.
